ATLANTA, GA (WTOC) - Georgia Power is celebrating Earth Day, and has a few tips to offer for around the home.

Even if you aren’t able to participate in Earth Day activities in your community, Georgia Power is providing five simple tips to make focusing on energy efficiency, and saving money, easy this Earth Day:

CLAXTON, GA (WTOC) - Check out these spuds. Marcy Raiford submitted these photos of potatoes to WTOC.

They used the potatoes for Wilma Ray's grandson wedding Josh and Kayla Ray. They were grown at Randy Deloach's farm in Claxton, Ga.

These taters were quite the talk, Raiford said.
